In a personal growth journey I will use my whole skillset to work on any issue or subject you want. Whether you want to overcome a fear, heal a specific wound, learn to manage your energy, get a breakthrough in a creative process, develop your senses and consciousness or work around a specific theme; you are welcome for a personal growth Journey. My own unique coaching style will be combined with Brainspotting and Transformative Energetic Bodywork as required for your process.

Brainspotting is a wonderful tool for personal growth and healing. I am trained in BSP phase 1 and 2 (all basic techniques and additional techniques for working on more sensitive subjects and trauma) and in BSP phase 4 (wich includes Bodyspotting, Dreamspotting and a personal favorite Expansion). This type of therapy is a great fit as it is like bodywork without physical touch and it works via your own nervous system while I provide a safe and well grounded frame. At this point I have chosen to offer brainspotting only as a personal growth journey format to allow for deeper work. We discuss the issue you want to work on and determine the right combination and type of sessions. The minimum is a series of 3 x 1 hour of brainspotting, preferably within a 6 week timeframe.
It may very well be that you wish to delve even deeper and that what you want to work on is better served by a combination of bodywork and brainspotting sessions. Choosing a trajectory makes for more oversight, depth and follow up to go to your next level. When we uncover new ground it is always possible to extend you journey.
