About This Training
During these 2 days, we dive into a unique TEB treatment that will leave your client melting into bliss. KoBiDo is a Japanese beauty ritual designed to bring physical and mental balance — it helps you relax deeply, sleep better, and gives the skin a radiant glow. Techniques from pressure-point massage and lymphatic drainage are applied to the face, neck and head. It boosts skin circulation and relieves tension headaches, stress and exhaustion.
What You Will Learn
In this immersive two-day workshop, you will learn a beautiful traditional Japanese facial massage upgraded with additional techniques from TEB
I've been giving this treatment in my own private practice since 2020, and over time I created my own "gold" version of it: personalized by adding holistic pulsing, a deep neck massage, and specific energy work to activate the body's self-healing capacity. In this version, it's very popular and highly accessible — even for clients unfamiliar with deep bodywork or energy work or who prefer not to be touched on the abdomen. It does not require people to fully unclothe but only the face, neck and shoulders. The treatment itself takes one hour, but the training is a 2-day course due to the different phases and detail work of the massage. It can also be used as the final part of a longer session.
Practical Approach
As always, you'll receive an extensive course package, instructional videos, a certificate of active participation — this time also a special rejuvenating facial oil — and possibly lunch (depending on the location).
Who This Training Is For
This training is primarily intended for TEB students who want to take this before I restructure my work into English-language modules, it is however also open to people experienced in (other) bodywork who feel drawn to KoBiDo.
