What is the Sacred Triangle session?

The Sacred Triangle Massage is a personal 1-on-1 bodywork session that emerged from our journey together preparing for our workshop Alchemy of Breasts. While we planned for group sessions offering deep exploration, the timing for that was not right but a unique bodywork session emerged from our studies, sharing and experience. We now bring this work into an intimate, individual setting — focused on the chest, heart, and pelvic area.

  • Touching the breasts still triggers discomfort or shame for many — and is often misinterpreted, especially online.

  • Breasts are deeply interwoven with the heart and pelvic energy. This session opens, nourishes, and releases this system.

What to expect?

  • Connective tissue release around the breasts, shoulders and armpits

  • Meridian work connecting the chest to the psoas and pelvic area

  • Nervous system regulation to support deep relaxation

  • Nourishing oil massage of the chest and belly, using a custom organic rosewood blend

  • A gentle invitation to release what no longer serves, and reconnect with your heart’s truth and inner space
