This bodywork session grew from a shared love for our work, our hearts, our bodies, and the role of the breasts within them. When I taught my two-day training in body dearmouring and bonewashing of the heart chakra area in 2023, Sarah told me she had trained as a VLOW breast therapist. She felt that her work beautifully complemented mine.
Since my training is open to both women and men, and the two days are already very full — plus the fact that the breasts form a whole topic in themselves — I made a conscious choice to only mention, during the heart-dearmouring training days, that caution is needed when working on the pectoralis to avoid too much pressure on breast tissue. I'm deeply aware that breasts and breast tissue are a universe of their own, and yet intrinsically connected to the heart. So we decided to explore this territory together — for ourselves and with each other.
After many exchange sessions and a first attempt at creating a beautiful workshop for women, we realised we may have moved a bit too fast. The feedback was clear: there’s still a lot of shame and discomfort when it comes to breasts and touch. Many women feel (not yet) comfortable enough to explore this intimate and sensitive topic in a group setting — especially when physical work is involved.
As soon as the subject of breasts comes up, things tend to become tense. A photo or even a title is quickly flagged on social media. The topic is often misunderstood or put in the wrong category. Shame and misinterpretation create disconnection from this rich and vital part of the body. Numbness and a lack of knowledge prevent women from cultivating intimacy with their own breasts and from truly feeling what lives there.

And yet… it is alive. Awareness around bodywork is growing. Your body remembers. It stores everything — experiences, energy, tension, emotions. If you regularly release through movement, bodywork, emotional expression, insight, writing, or deeper understanding — your system stays healthy and flowing. But what if things have built up over time? What about old trauma imprints that subtly affect your body, emotions, beliefs? What if you’re unconsciously holding on to tension — or even to stories and beliefs that aren’t yours?
What does that do to your body? And for women — what does that do to your breasts and your breast tissue?
Your breasts are supported by connective tissue — surrounded by fascia and lymph, located at the front of your chest, close to your heart. We chose the name Sacred Triangle for a reason. It refers to the inverted triangle used in tantra to symbolise feminine energy. It also reflects how your breasts are held within the heart area, which is in turn supported by your pelvis.

During this session, we work with the physical foundations of that holding — by releasing the connective tissue around the breasts.Your shoulders and armpits also receive focused attention. Through meridian work, we connect with the deeper front line of the body — the psoas and the pelvis. At the same time, we work with your nervous system to support deep relaxation and energetic holding.
After the connective tissue work, your chest and belly are lovingly massaged with a specially designed organic rosewood-infused oil.You are gently invited to face and release what no longer serves you, and to reconnect with your heart’s desires — with what lives inside you and longs for space.
This session supports healthy circulation and energy flow in the heart, breast and pelvic areas. It helps to release stuck tension and unprocessed emotions stored in tissues that are often overlooked in bodywork. It may relieve physical symptoms (restlessness, shallow breathing, back pain, chest tightness, mental overload) and bring you closer to your intuition, softness, and inner strength.
Give yourself permission to choose more softness — in your body, your emotions, your life.Afterwards, you may experience waves of emotion or insight — but also a sense of blissful lightness.
Although this session may have greater impact for women, due to indirect stimulation of breast tissue, it is also suitable for men. While men do not have breasts, they do have connective tissue, lymph, and the same meridians.Ultimately, this is not a breast tissue treatment — but for women, it is a beautiful way to prepare for one.
Contra-indications: cancer (only with your oncologist’s permission), pregnancy, or the presence of implants.
And so, for those women who were curious about our workshop but felt too hesitant to join a group — this work can now be experienced one-on-one, in a safe and private setting where your vulnerability is held with care. You are warmly welcome — with me or with Sarah — for this beautiful bodywork session: Sacred Triangle.
Warm Regards,
