Rates My rate for sessions is 100 euro per hour inclusive of 21% VAT for individuals and small caompanies. For companies the rate is 100 euro per hour + 21% VAT. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment and ensure you are punctual. Location and Accessibility My private practice space is located on the second floor of an old city house (no elevator!) at Provinciestraat 17, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium (see map below the page). This address is a 10-minute walk from Antwerp Central Station and is easily accessible by public transport. If you are coming by car, please note that street parking may be limited. You may consider using a park & ride facility outside the city center or opt for a commercial parking lot nearby. General Terms and Conditions You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours before its scheduled start time using the designated button provided in your confirmation email. If you cancel or reschedule the session less than 48 hours before its scheduled start time, a 50% fee will be charged. If you fail to show up for the session without prior notice, you will be liable for the full session fee. I value your time and ensure that you can fully benefit from it, so I ask for the same consideration from you. Please note that these treatments are not suitable for you at this moment if you are pregnant, have (most types of) cancer, an active hernia, are under the influence of heavy painkillers or other drugs, or have recently undergone surgery. If you have any doubts, please consult a doctor before booking a session. Your health and its management are your own responsibility. I reserve the right to refuse service to clients who display disrespectful or aggressive behavior towards me or my surroundings, have extremely poor personal hygiene, or engage in inappropriate conduct. In such cases, the full session fee will still be due. I also reserve the right to refuse service to clients who do not comply with these general terms and conditions.
Contact and Bookings I operate by appointment only, and all bookings must be made through this website on the "Schedule Appointment" page. Select your desired treatment, and you will be able to see the available time slots. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive an email, please try again. If you encounter any issues, please contact me via email at deeprelaxation.holisticmassage@gmail.com, and I will get back to you as soon as possible. During sessions and training, I am unable to answer phone calls, so my phone is usually on silent mode. Even outside of those times, I may not be available to answer calls. I am not be able to return all calls, which is why I've made this choice. Thank you for your understanding.
Hygiene and Comfort Please ensure good personal hygiene - this will be more pleasant for us both. Avoid eating a full meal right before a massage session and bring comfortable clothing that can handle an oil spot without any worries afterward. It's advisable to clear your schedule afterward and take some time to rest and integrate the session.
