PSOAS: The muscle of the soul,

Would you like to explore this beautiful profound massage? It is so much more than just a massage! It involves transformative energetic bodywork, and there's more to it than just massage techniques. During this day, you are invited to fully experience it, to feel what it does to you, and to see if you would like to delve deeper into it. We will create a field together, establishing a safe container for ourselves and each other to work in, with space for:

Spaceholding

Connecting with your recipient, yourself, and source energy, which provides energetic guidance and support, allowing you to stand firmly and remain present.

Sensing energy and sharpening your intuition

Bodywork: We will practice massage under my guidance.

Above all, it will be a wonderful day focused on bodywork, connecting, feeling, and experiencing.

This workshop is for people who are curious to discover what this deep bodywork can do for them. No prior experience or training is required, but an open mind willing to explore and connect, compassion, and respect for others are necessary.

Please note that this massage is not suitable for you at this time if you are pregnant, have recently experienced a very intense trauma, or currently have cancer or a painful active hernia.

Location: Place d'Amis in Berchem (Boomgaardstraat 72, 2600 Berchem - Antwerp)

Maximum 14 participants

Date and Time: Starts at 10:00 AM - Ends around 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM, doors open at 9:40 AM.
